Cabin Check-In: Fri., 06/19 at 4 PM Cabin Check-Out: Sun., 06/21 at 11 AM The Hideout sits right along the Guadalupe River and is exclusively ours all weekend, including lodging on property. Cabin booking details will be provided after RSVPs are submitted by March 19, 2026. All events will take place at the Hideout.

We're hosting an optional welcome party to kick off the weekend getaway—come if you can!

We'll have a short ceremony at 7:00 PM by the riverside, followed by the reception in the pavilion kicking off at 7:30 PM—arrive at anytime! Attire: Dressy Summer Casual—think breathable, comfortable, and ready to celebrate in the Texas Hill Country (and heat)! See FAQs.

Hideout sits right along the Guadalupe River, so we'll be doing a group float trip! Hideout will shuttle us upriver, and we'll float right back to our cabins. Wear swimsuits! The river stays cool year-round (mid-60s to low-70s). Alcohol is permitted, but ONLY REUSABLE, NON-DISPOSABLE CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED. Please bring 2 reusable bottles per person so you have one for water and one for another beverage—grab your favorite Yetis, Stanleys, Hydro Flasks, or whatever is cool these days. Hideout will provide transportation, tubes, ice, and coolers. We'll provide adult beverages for your containers. Bring your favorite water shoes, hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, speakers, snacks/drinks, and anything else you'd want for a relaxed river float.

Texas BBQ will be served. We'll be on our own for this event. Drinks will be available, but we'll all be our own bartenders! Come ready with your favorite karaoke song. Attire: Casual—we'll be fresh off the river, so come comfy, relaxed, and ready to party.
